The Firecracker

“I arrived at Montana’s wondering what to expect and was warmly greeted by members of L’Arche and staff from Montana’s. I looked forward to tasting this signature burger called the Firecracker and while I waited for it to be prepared enjoyed a lovely conversation with the members from L’Arche. My excitement grew as I was told the burger would be out in a few minutes and was not disappointed when it arrived at the table. My first word on seeing this wonder…AWESOME! A burger to behold with its onion crisps spilling out of the bun and a glimpse of crisp jalapeno peaking out amidst the bacon, lettuce, tomato and melted cheddar. The first bite was heavenly as the tangy BBQ sauce and juices dripped down my chin. The second bite was even better as I savoured the tender burger’s flavour melded with the sweet of the sauce, the salty of the bacon and the mild tang of the jalapeno. It was a burger experience! I was certainly not disappointed…tasty, juicy, messy and satisfying. A four-napkin burger with a wet nap chaser. Fantastic!”
