The Panzerotti Burger

“After seeing Roberto Ferrucci slide yummy looking pizzas in and out of his wood fired oven, I was very impressed. They were all lovingly created and watched with a skillful eye. So I was a little surprised when he served me a panzerotti as my taste test for Burger Wars, but I dug in. I was even more surprised when I fell in love with the burger wrapped in a crust and not a bun! I like my burgers with a little heat, so Roberto quickly served up a special secret sauce that brought on the spice. Don’t know what was in it, but it was a great mixture of creamy slow burn.
If you are a fan of the smash burger, you will like this. Great combo of two different kinds of burger meat. Even had a little cheeky fun with the L’Arche group, to see who could say yumm the fastest. I’m sold! This is the burger I will be going back to over and over again. No more burgers on dull buns for me.”
