The Pesto's Pretzel Burger

“What a wonderful experience to review the Pestos Pretzel Burger at the Radisson! I was welcomed by L’Arche Sudbury’s Jennifer Cawley-Caruso and Darryl Marsh, Jana Schilkie, and the wonderful staff including Tony Sabourin the general manager. The Chef, Joanne Jodouin, prepared a grilled, thick, juicy and flavorful 6 oz chuck blend patty served on a toasted Pretzel Bun. Pesto Mayo was added to the bottom bun. Sautéed onions, lettuce and prosciutto crisp were added as quality toppings. I truly enjoyed this delicious hearty burger… plus thin golden fries, caring service, pleasant and friendly atmosphere, kind and cordial hospitality. Un vrai régal! The Radisson deserves an A+ for their Pestos Pretzel Burger. Let’s support L’Arche Sudbury!”
